The aims of the project are:
- project aims for enhancing service processes for young and other groups in a weak labour market position nationwide. In addition improving the productivity and equal quality of service in Multi-sectoral Joint Service Employment Enhancing Employability (abbreviation of network is TYP in Finnish).
- productization of Job coach services used in TE-services nationwide
- developing a general feedback and evaluation system which is used in touch with a pay subsidy period offered by TE-services
